    How to Use Thumbs Up Keyboard Shortcut on Outlook

    However, there are more than one thumbs up keyboard shortcut for Outlook. So, without further ado, let’s show you everything. 

    What is the Thumbs Up keyboard Shortcut on Outlook?

    So, let’s keep it simple and show you the code that enables you to add a thumbs up emoji to your Outlook email directly.

    1. Launch Outlook on your computer.
    2. Click New Email on the top left corner of the window, or you can simply press Ctrl + N.
    3. In the message body, type 1F44D and press Alt + X.

    Note: The “F” and “D” in the code must always be uppercase. Otherwise, the code won’t get converted to the thumbs up icon.

    Add Thumbs Up Emoji on Outlook from Emoji Picker

    You can use another Thumbs Up keyboard shortcut on Outlook to launch Emoji Picker. This particular shortcut launches the emoji picker while writing an email on Outlook, and then you can choose thumbs up from the list.

    So, here’s the Thumbs Up keyboard shortcut for using the Emoji Picker on Outlook.

    If you are on Windows, press the Windows +. (period) or ; (semicolon) keys launch the emoji picker and choose the thumbs-up emoji.

    If you are on macOS, press Control + Command + Space keys to launch the emoji picker and select the thumbs-up emoji from there.

    Add Thumbs Up on Outlook Using Icons

    Microsoft Outlook has an icon option that consists of numerous emojis, including the thumbs-up emoji.

    So, here, you have to use the thumbs-up keyboard shortcut to launch the icons list and select the thumbs-up icon from the list. Here are the steps.

    1. Launch Outlook on your computer.
    2. Click New Email on the top left corner of the window, or you can simply press Ctrl + N.
    3. Start writing the email or message you desire and keep the cursor exactly where you want to add the Thumbs Up Emoji.
    4. Press Alt + N and release them.
    5. After that, immediately press the N + S keys together to load the stock images.
    6. Type Thumbs up in the search bar, and a couple of “Thumbs Up” icons will be visible.
    7. Two Thumbs Up icons will be visible in the list in White and Black color options.
    8. Use the Tab key to highlight the desired Thumbs Up icon and hit the Space Bar to select it.
    9. After that, hit Insert by pressing the Enter key.

    You have successfully inserted the desired thumbs-up emoji in the message body.

    Add Thumbs Up on Outlook Using Online Pictures

    Another way to add thumbs-up emojis to your Outlook email is through online pictures. Of course, there’s a shortcut you can use. Here are the steps.

    1. Launch Outlook on your Windows PC.
    2. Click New Email on the top left corner of the window.
    3. Start typing the email body and keep the cursor where you want to add the Thumbs Up Emoji.
    4. Press Alt + N and release them.
    5. After that, immediately press the P + O keys to launch the Online Pictures Wizard.
    6. In the search bar, type Thumbs up and hit Enter.
    7. You will get a couple of options in the options. Select the desired thumbs-up emoji from the list.
    8. Use the Tab key to highlight the desired Thumbs Up icon and hit the Space Bar to select it.
    9. After that, hit Insert by pressing the Enter key.

    Add Thumbs Up on Outlook with Copy and Paste

    Who doesn’t know the Copy and paste shortcut on Windows? You can also use it as a thumbs-up keyboard shortcut on Outlook.

    You simply need to copy the emoji from a document on your computer and paste it into the desired location.

    1. Open the File or Documents from where you like to copy the thumbs-up emoji. However, you can directly copy the emoji from Google, too.
    2. Press the Ctrl + C.
    3. Now, open the email where you want to add the emoji and press Ctrl + V.
